We have many dedicated and self-sacrificing artist in this country that have prepared the grounds for promotion of the martyrdom and self-sacrificing culture in the society by creation of the valuable and immortal works and certainly, identification of the above-said artists and introducing them to the public is of a great value in order to realize this significant issue.
Qazvin perovince organization of martyr’s foundation and the self-sacrificing affairs and general department of culture and Islamic guidance intend to hold the general festival of “Drill of love” along this line by calling the festival of calligraphy and identifying the calligrapher artists and collecting the works of martyred calligraphers from all over the country.

Aims: . Identification of the dedicated calligraphers who have prepared the grounds for promotion of the martyrdom and Self-Sacrifice culture.
. calling the festival of calligraphy whit the subject of martyrdom, the works sent to it can be peresented in the socity-wide scale and identification of artists who have created these art works.

. Identification of the proud martyred calligraphers and collection of their works and praising their honourable families.
. Artistic correlation of the calligraphers for raising the culture of martyrdom and Self-Sacrifice by presenting and displaying their works in the society-waide scale.

Requirements for participation in the festival:
. The sent works should be included the concepts and subjects relating to martyrs and martyrdom.
. Artists can provaide their works in the form of Nasta’ligh, Naskh, sols, shekaste-Nasta’ligh and Painting-calligraphy.
. The maximum size of the works with passe-partout should not be lager than ۱۰۰ × ۷۰ cm.
. There is not any limitation relating to the number and type of calligraphy of the works.
. The responsibility of safeguarding the works is on the secretarial and any damages to the works, will be compensated according to the opinions of Qazvin province experts by the secretarial at the time of return of the works.
. It is better to send or deliver the “framed” works.
. Particpants can deliver their works to the secretarial of the festival.
. The festival secretarial does not accept any responsibilities relating to damages and losses have occurred during the posting process.
. The secretarial is eligible to use the sent work for affairs relating to the festival in different ways.
. A participation certificate will be submitted to all the particpants, their works will be accepted for the festival and for displaying in the exhibit.
. the excellent artistic works will be purchased according to the judgment and opinion of the experts if the holders of those works satis fied.
. A work will be participated in the competition part if the holder of it will request so.
. The selected works will becom available to all the holders of the works and interested people as an exquisite book.
. The pictures of the selected works of the festival will concurrently be displayed in all big provinces of the country.
. The respactable board of judges will be consisted of calligraphy experts of the country.
. Sending works to the festival will be considered as acceptance of the regulations and requiriements of it.
. The great families of martyrs from all over the country should deliver the calligraphy works of their dear martyrs to the organization of martyr’s foundation and the Self-Sacrificing affairs in their provinces.
